The
Honourable Mr Justice Wally YEUNG Chun-kuen was born in
Hong Kong in 1950. After graduating with LL.B and P.C.LL
from the University of Hong Kong in 1975, he was called
to the Hong Kong Bar in 1976. He was appointed by the
Hong Kong Judiciary as Magistrate in 1985, District Judge
in 1987, Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High
Court in 1995 and was promoted in 2002 as Justice of Appeal
of the Court of Appeal of the High Court.
Mr
Justice Yeung is President of the Long Term Prison Sentences
Review Board and Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee
of the Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention,
Hong Kong.
